New Resolution

haha... it's suppose to be 'New Year Resolution'... but February is just few more days... i've listed few things early January that i must do but still nothing change. i'm getting more 'problematic'. in just a month i've gained few pounds and spending money almost everyday especially on food. OMG... how am i not gain that few pounds. this is so not good! the new resolution written in my notebook kind of useless. i getting worst... erghhhh!!! 
so i've decided to take this more serious...  i must declare it... the battle must begin... 

New Resolution:
  • kill my food appetite... no more 'i want to eat almost everything that i see'... 
  • no eating outside unless i'm dying hungry... i'm not hungry... no... no... no...
  • no spending money on food... no outside lunch... 
  • no unhealthy food... bye ice cream, bye chips... i know u guys can survive without me...
  • watch my calories intake... everything must be no or low fat...low...low...low... 
  • reduce meal portion... especially home meal... less nasi...
  • eat at most 2 meal per day... 
  • drink more water... this is the best diet that i always missed...
  • lose few pounds... since i've gained lately so need to lose more...more...more... 
  • save money.... less spend... more work... yes i can!
  • flatten my big belly... this is a must... don't just say... do sit up everyday...  
  • work out with my fitness ball... that big pink ball is not a decoration...
  • and another thing is study harder and smarter... reading is the key... come on... read... read... read... 
  • hey i think i should add this... wake up earlier... don't oversleep...

you finished half of the the B&J Caramel Sutra ice cream in a day! Hahaha, kita tengok if you can prevent yourself from eating that ice cream. And if you are thinking of reducing your rice intake then baguslah becaause nanti beras makin jimat. Satu pot for two days for us. Rumah lain mesti tak boleh survive makan nasi macam kita kan? Hahaha

haha... ice cream tuh 2 kali mkn da abis da.. daju tipu la 1 pot 2 hari...1 gelas 2 hari snanyer...hehe...

brape juta resolutions pasal makanan da...ey makan je lah bnyk pon..nk kuruskan badan ke...macam lah ko gumok kannn...pi klas jalan kaki lah...exercise kan tuhh...

eh agak la resolution tuh sume mcm makanan je... hoho... 2 pot tuh same dgn 1 gelas tuh... so 1 pot shari... ok la tuh...
